WALKING IMAGINARY LINES part 3         by Chuck Kelley

Ok…let’s see…we only have one shot at getting it right, everyone on the entire planet knows all of our flaws and shortcomings and about every mistake we’ve ever made and all about every failure we’ve suffered through, they somehow know our every thought, they can hear our inner turmoil and the arguments we have with our SelfsOH NO!!!!! They know we have an entire Village of Angry Idiots in our heads…

Just for the record, if the above does not represent your struggle, you are reading the wrong post and are visiting the wrong group and website. If the above rings true for you, please continue reading.

So, we do believe every word of the first paragraph…some, spot on and wholeheartedly, some, a close proximity…but it resonates with our Truth.

On some level, we actually know that everything we attempt is in effort to change Their Minds about us. The size, the importance, the opulence of the objects of our dreams and wishes, reveal to us at which level of Poverty we stand, how much of self ownership we have forfeited. The more Impoverished the more Outrageous the dream must be in order to bring about balance… think about the scales of justice…

Look at some of the goals we have in mind…look at some of our daydream/fantasies…what do they include, who and what do they contain, what do they have you doing, where are you doing it, what overall message do they convey and To Whom are they showing and conveying…does any of it involve humanly impossible feats or abilities…or is that just me? The Wilder the more fun and  powerful and the more intense the feeling of empowerment…sometimes we’re showing them a thing or two, sometimes it’s just for us to play, experiment, explore and unfortunately, to hide within…sometimes we picture simply being who we are at our best and as we do, we witness the face and body language of approval emanating from those who we most need that from. Remember, The more Impoverished we feel the more Outrageous our fantasies must be.

Take a hard and honest look at your goals, then at your actual actions toward achieving them. Take a hard and honest look at the actual level of passion you hold for this goal or these goals that you have placed the remaining parts of your life on hold for.

                                                                THEN

Answer this question; What do you really LOVE to do…what turns you on…what would you do as often as humanly possible even if it were incredibly inconvenient, even if  you had to pay to do it?

Did your answers to this honestly resemble in part or in whole any of your current goals, the ones that have your life on hold?

When they do, you’ll stop walking imaginary lines for others and start to Do, Be, and Achieve for yourself…You will have reclaimed your Estate of Self Ownership which is where the magic resides.

Ta daa!

Since his early teens, Chuck Kelley has tried to understand what makes us tick. Having had a troubled youth, he sought anything and everything that might assist him in getting his life together. Feeling universally misunderstood, he was determined to understand our nature and find some peace in his heart. Wanting to fit in while believing that he was totally unacceptable, he spent the majority of his life trying to become who and what he was not. The successes in business, the restaurants, the food manufacturing companies and all the other businesses he owned and operated, meant little to nothing to him because his accomplishments felt small when compared to certain others'. He felt that he was cursed to living a life of not being enough. Over the past forty plus years, Chuck has read practically every self help book, taken practically every self help course and tried an equal amount of self help programs. Along the way he has become certified in practically everything that hints of personal development, such as; Life Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Hypnosis. In short, he is a walking, talking self-help clearinghouse. Now, he shares the things that work universally and he leaves out the rest. Having discovered that perfection is unattainable, and acceptance is subjective, he continues his research into every field that may lend insights into how to be more comfortable in our own skin and thrive in life. Embracing and openly admitting his perfectly perfect imperfections, "Because that's how I roll", has brought him more freedom than a massive trust fund. His wish is to save others the time, trouble and the wear and tear.
